deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposit is non-refundable, as well as non-transferable to other dates. Deposits must be made in 3 parts and in accord with group size/number of rooms reserved. For groups reserving 5 guest rooms or less, initial deposit is $10,000 MXN pesos. For groups reserving 6 or more guest rooms, initial deposit is $20,000 MXN pesos. We must receive your initial deposit within 10 days of making your reservation before we will list you in our calendar and confirm your reservation. Second deposit completing 50 % of reserved packages (ie # of participants) must be made no later than 60 days prior to reserved dates. Final deposit/payment of balance must be made by arrival date.
